Personalized Items

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to cancel or accept returns for personalized orders. We only offer exchanges for personalized items.


Non-Personalized Items

If you wish to return a product, please email our team at ecomdigitalsolution.llc@gmail.com with your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Our customer service team may ask a few required questions regarding your return to prevent misuse.

You may return a product within 30 days from the delivery date.

The returned product must be in its original condition and packaging.

Please keep your proof of purchase.

Refunds will be issued once we receive the returned items, and they will be processed using the original payment method.

If you prefer an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will issue a credit for the amount spent upon receipt of the returned product or arrange a replacement for you.

Refund processing may take 3 to 7 business days and may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you choose to return your item(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

All our products come with a 30-day warranty.

 

How Does Shipping Work?

We work closely with artisans who craft our products. Since there are no middlemen involved, we can offer competitive prices and free shipping on many of our items.

Estimated delivery time: 5 to 8 business days after the product leaves our warehouse.

Your order is processed within 24-48 hours by our team.

Please note that due to high demand and workplace social distancing measures, our fulfillment center may take longer than usual to dispatch orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

If you have not received a confirmation email, please enter your order number on our contact page to check the status.

Important: If you do not see any tracking updates in the first few days, do not worry—it may take 24 hours or more for the tracking system to update.

If your order has not arrived within 12 business days, please contact us so we can assist you in arranging a resolution with the shipping carrier.
